We collect only the information you provide when requesting service: your name, contact details, vehicle information, service location, description of the problem, and any photos or video you choose to upload.

That information is used to evaluate your request, contact you, quote and perform work, and keep a service record for your vehicle. We do not sell your information.

Uploaded media is stored privately and is visible only to XKZ staff. Text and email communication is used for scheduling, estimates and follow-up related to your request.
