Because it's an emergency and it's after hours, XKZ only charges $75 for the emergency diagnostic — normally priced at $119. Emergencies shouldn't empty your wallet, and with the way the economy is, we'd rather help you get through the night than add to the stress.
After-hours rescue is mobile mechanical help, not towing. Pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
The idea is simple: if we can get you back on the road tonight without a part, we do. You pay for the repair — no surprise diagnostic fee on top.
If the fix needs a part we can't carry at 3am, we diagnose the real problem right there. Schedule the repair with XKZ and that diagnosis is on us — you only pay when we come back to fix it.
Just want the answer and not the repair? The emergency diagnostic is $75 — normally $119 — and you walk away knowing exactly what's wrong.
Honest Limits
What After-Hours Rescue Is Not
- This is not towing — we don't tow vehicles.
- No roadside tire changes unless part of a diagnosed repair.
- No fuel delivery.
- No lockout service.
After-hours rescue is subject to technician availability, your location, and safe working conditions. If a job isn't safe or practical to attempt at your location and time, we'll tell you honestly and help you understand the next step.
